ISLAMABAD: Polio vaccination campaign continues on the sixth day, over 96% of children immunized.

According to the National Emergency Operations Center (NEOC), the sixth day of the ongoing national polio vaccination campaign across Pakistan has successfully immunized over 96% of children nationwide.

The performance of polio vaccination across various provinces demonstrates a generally high coverage rate, reflecting robust immunization efforts.

Punjab has achieved a 96% vaccination rate, while Sindh closely follows with 94%. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa stands out with the highest coverage at 97%, and Balochistan matches Punjab with a 96% rate. Azad Jammu and Kashmir leads with an impressive 98%, and Islamabad also maintains a strong performance at 97%.
