Peshawar: Chief Minister (CM) Khyber Pakthunkhwa Ali Ameen Gandapur on Thursday, today said that a political gathering will be held on September 8 at all cost.
Talking to media persons in the Peshawar High Court (PHC) , Ali Ameen Gandapur said that false cases were made against the PTI leaders.
The CM KP alleged that Governor KP has come on the post through a parchi “chit”.
Earlier today PHC approved transition bail of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Ali Ameen Gandapur in the liquor and arms recovery case.
Chief Minister KP Ali Ameen Gandapur approach the PHC over the arrest warrant issued by a local court in Islamabad in the liquor and arms recovery case.
Alam Khan advocate filed an transition bail of the CM KP while the CM KP insisted the court to hear the case today.
The provincial chief executive requested the high court to grant transitory bail so that he could appear in the relevant court in the said case.
A day earlier, Civil Judge Shaista Khan Kundi ordered the Barakahu station house officer (SHO) to arrest Gandapur and produce him before the court noting that the case had been called thrice since morning and the suspect still had not shown up.
The approval comes after the chief minister filed an application requesting bail in the case.
