Islamabad/Karachi/Lahore/Peshawar/Quetta: Polling time ended across the country in the general elections at 5 pm.
The people inside the premises of the polling stations before the deadline, however, were allowed to cast their votes.
On the other hand, the Election Commission of Pakistan has extended voting time at three polling stations in Gujrat’s NA-62 and PP-28.
The polling process was peacefully held from 8 am to 5 pm.
The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has announced no extension will be given in the timings.
