Lahore: Famous journalist Imran Riaz on Wednesday arrested from Lahore airport when he has to travel for Saudi Arabia for performing Hajj.
More than two dozen people arrested the journalist adoning Ahram (white sheet) from the Lahore airport.
The unidentified persons transported Imran Riaz to unknown location. Whereas his counsel Azhar Siddiq has confirmed the journlist arrest.
The counsel said that Mian Ali Ashfaq advocate including other accompolice were also with him.
The team also scuffled with Imran Riaz and his companions while the team members also snatched mobile phones who were filming the scuffle
