Islamabad: Central Power Purchasing Agency (CPPA) on Monday (today) filed a petition in National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA).
It is likely that power price will be increased by 86 paisa for a month. The NEPRA will hold hearing on the petition on March 30.
On the other hand K-electric, sole power distributor of Karachi, has already filed a petition seeking an uptick of Rs 1. 62 under the fuel adjustment charges. ‘
