LAHORE: Chairman, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Sunday said that PPP would hold public meetings in South Punjab and take out rallies at any cost whether the provincial government provide security or not.
Talking to party workers in Lahore, Bilawal said that if Punjab government can provide security Pakistan Super League (PSL) match then why it can’t not provide security to PPP rally.
He said that Sindh government provided fool-proof security to Prime Minister in Sindh for public meeting. He added those propagating improved law and order situation in Punjab were not allowing PPP to hold rallies and public meetings.
“Now we have taken final decision that we will hold rallies and public meeting whether security is provided or not,” he announced.
