Islamabad: The hearing of the practice and procedure act 2023 completed on Wednesday at Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC).
The full bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa resumed the hearing today.
Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa said that if consensus developed then verdict will be announced today. If in case consensus not reach then the judgement be understood preserved.
During the course of the hearing the honourable CJ said that a burden of proving the practice and procedure act clauses unconstitutional are on the petitioners.
