Lahore: President Asif Ali Zardari has reached Lahore on a two-day visit.
It is likely that the President will meet Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif .
Sources said that the problems faced by the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) in Punjab will come under discussion.
Earlier, President Asif Ali Zardari and co-chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) visited Punjab February 22 to 26.
It is his second visit after two day.
In his last visit, President had said that the problems of Punjab and Sindh are not being solved adding the problem of the water issue is a major issue and we have to take it seriously.
The President was taking to member of assemblies of Punjab while he directed the MPAs to be prepared for local bodies election in Punjab.
Asif Zardari said that the local bodies election is a resolution of people miseries and problems.He urged the government there should be no delay in the holding of the local body election.
He stressed the MPAs, they must have to win the elections with heavy mandate.
