TRENTON (May 16, 2017): At least two people have been killed and multiple building ablaze after a small private plane crashed near Teterboro Airport in New Jersey on Monday.
According to the details the pilot and co-pilot died in a Learjet crash as it approached Teterboro Airport in New Jersey.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said that the Learjet 35 crashed around 3:30 p.m. in a residential area about a half-mile from the airport in Teterboro as it approached a runway.
The plane crashed about a half-mile from the airport in Teterboro, the FAA added. The flight departed from Philadelphia International Airport.
Carlstadt Police said that there were no injuries on the ground.
