Islamabad: An anti-terrorism court of Islamabad on Monday started a process declaring Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Ali Ameen Gandapur as absconding over his absent in a terrorism related case.
The anti terrorism court of Islamabad Judge Tahir Abbass heard the terrorism related case registered at Police Station I-9 In Islamabad.
During course of the hearing the PTI leader Senator Faisal Javed filed a petition for pardon over his absence from the court.
The court approved the PTI leader petition for exemption from the court.
The court adjourned the hearing till November 21
