Islamabad (October 12, 2017): The advertisement declaring Hassan and Hussain Nawaz proclaimed offenders has been posted on the Notice Board of Accountability Court.
Hassan and Hussain were declared absconders for failing to appear at the accountability which is hearing the references filed against them, their father Nawaz Sharif, sister Maryam Nawaz, and her husband Muhammad Safdar.
The text of the ‘wanted advertisement’ reads that Hassan and Nawaz are absconders in NAB references and they have to appear before the court within 30 days .
If Hassan and Hussain failed to appear before the court within the prescribed 30 days they would be declared proclaimed offenders.
The advertisement posted on the Notice Board of Accountability Court here also says that process to confiscate Hassan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz propertieswill also be initiated if they fail to appear before the court within 30 days.
It may be mentioned here that the due process is the continuation of pasting summons of Hassan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz on the main gate of the Sharif family’s residences at Jati Umra and Model Town in Lahore by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) yesterday.
The ‘wanted notices’ of Hassan and Hussain Nawaz were posted at their Lahore residence and the notice has also been sent forwarded to Britain where the two are living right now.
