WEB DESK: Remaining matches of Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 10 are set to begin today.
The remaining matches of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 10 are set to kick off today, marking the resumption of cricket action after a pause prompted by recent geopolitical tensions. Notably, overseas players will also participate, adding further excitement to the tournament.
The opening match of the day will feature Peshawar Zalmi taking on Karachi Kings at 8 PM, held at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
The suspension of the matches was a direct consequence of the attack by India on Pakistan, which led to a pause in the tournament. However, in a show of resilience and strong response to regional tensions, the PSL is now resuming, reaffirming the spirit of sportsmanship and unity.
Prior to today’s match, a grand tribute will be paid to the Pakistan Armed Forces, acknowledging their bravery and sacrifices. The ceremony will feature captivating performances by renowned artists Sahir Ali Bagga and Israr Shah, who aim to mesmerize the audience with their musical talents.
Additionally, spectators at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium will be treated to a spectacular fireworks display, enhancing the festive atmosphere as cricket fans celebrate the tournament’s return.
