Election Commission has adjourned the hearing of foreign funding case against Pakistan Tehreek-e Insaaf (PTI) due to absence of PTI’s lawyer.
PTI’s lawyers was not presented in the court, applicant Akbar S.Babar appealed that Islamabad High Court (IHC) has not issued any stay order against funding case, if yes then written orders should be called.
While talking to media, he said that the case has been in process from eight to nine months, while PTI is geeting advantages of it, adding that a letter was written to Chaudhry Nisar on March 31st that he should order FIA to bring action against foreign funding.
