PTI announces to hold ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ rally in Karachi on September 6

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to hold rally named ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ in response and condemnation of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) founder’s anti-Pakistan speech on occasion of   defence day, September 6

A meeting was held in chair of the PTI chairman Imran Khan at his residence in Bani Gala. The meeting was attended by central, Sindh and Karachi leadership of the party.

Sources said that the PTI has decided to show solidarity with the country after anti-Pakistan and derogatory speech of the MQM founder on August 22 and condemnation of the speech.

Talking on the occasion, the PTI chief Imran khan said that “people leave their houses talking Pakistani flags into their hands on September 6 to attend the rally to show solidarity with the country adding that it is high time we should set aside our lingual, provincial, regional prejudices and attend the rally.”

Before this the meeting considered Pakistan march going to be held on March 3 and rally in Lahore, while Shah Mahmood Qureshi briefed the PTI chairman over contacts with leaders of political parties.
