Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Monday challenged the judicial commission established for a probe of audio leaks of judges in the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP).
The PTI has filed a petition in the SC against the formation of the judicial commission for an investigation of the judges audio leaks.
The party in its petition adopted a point of view that without the permission of Chief Justice of the SC no any judge can be nominated for the commission.
