Islamabad: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to approach the Supreme Judicial Council over the matter of ad-hoc judges appointment in the SC.
The PTI chairman Barrister Gohar said that bringing four ad-hoc judges for hiatus of three year during the holidays are based on mala fide intentions.
Barrister Gohar said that the Supreme Court has given verdict in the favour of the PTI.
He demanded the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to issue a notification of the special seats.
