Islamabad/Lahore/Karachi/Peshawar: As many as eight persons were killed and 290 others sustained injuries in the violent protest of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) all aross the country over the arrest of its chief Imran Khan which included 17 police cops.
The vandalism and arsons left harmed government and private assets in Islamabad as the Police station Ramna set ablaze and Superintendent of Police (SP) industrial office torched.
The enraged PTI protestors also set a blaze the Tarnol railway station and uprooted the railway track.
At least more than 24 protestors were arrested across Karachi.
