LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf leader Dr. Yasmeen Rashid accused misused her power to employed her daughter against merit
The anti-corruption spokesman said that a case registered against Dr. Yasmeen Rahshid and her daughter, Dr. Yasmeen Rashid used her influence for her daughter’s job in King Edward Medical college as assistant professor without merit.
Ayesha Ali was appointed as assistant professor against merit in King Edward Medical College, she did not meet the required criteria at the time of her appointment, Dr. Ayesha Ali’s experience certificate was signed by her mother Dr. Yasmeen Rashid herself.
At the time of employment Dr. Ayesha Ali was 47 years old while the required age was only 40 years, Ayesha Ali deliberately preferred over other candidates in the interview, soon after getting job Dr. Aysha went abroad against the rules.
The former health minister used her influence to get her daughter appointed illegally, anti-corruption is doing indiscriminate actions against the corrupt elements.
