RAWALPINDI: In fresh crackdown on Awami Muslim League (AMP) workers to stop them from holding a public meeting, Police on Friday arrested PTI MPA Aijaz Khan Jazi from Committee Chowk , Rawalpindi.
As per detail, AML has announced to hold public meeting at Committee Chowk Rawalpindi in connection with PTI’s Nov 2 lock down. Police launched crack down on AML, PTI and other allied parties workers.
Police arrested AML, PTI, PAT and other parties workers were arrested by police from Lal Haveli, Committee Chowk, Raja Bazar and adjoining areas.
Police arrested PTI MNA Aijaz Khan Jazi from Committee Chowk. PTI worker clashed with police to thwart the arrest and they also raised Go Nawaz Go slogans. It was not clear where the PTI MPA was taken to.
