Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf decided not to boycott the election and the verdict of Election Commission of Pakistan will be challenge in High Court
After the Election Commission’s decision to withdraw the ‘Bat’ symbol from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf, the reaction of PTI came out. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf decide to challenge the verdict of election commission to High Court.
Tehreek-e-Insaaf leader Barrister Gauhar Khan said that PTI have serious concern about the Election Commission, which clause of the constitution has been violated.
Barrister Gauhar Khan said that the Election Commission was determined to withdraw PTI election symbol, only Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf party’s election was seen and the rest of the parties were left out
He said that the party elections were held on June 2022, the Election Commission did not accept it, PTI will challenged the decision of ECP to High Court and not to boycott the election.
Apart from this, PTI Spokesperson Moazzam Butt said that the decision of the Election Commission will be referred to the High Court.
