GUJRANWALA: As the political temperature of the country is rising with build up to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) planned lock down of Islamabad, the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) workers on Friday attack PTI rally in Gujranwala with eggs and tomatoes.
On Friday PTI held protest demonstration across the country against the government crackdown on PTI Youth Wing convention on Thursday in Islamabad. In Gujranwala, a PTI protest rally was passing through under a flyover, when PML-N workers threw eggs and tomatoes on the rally’s participants from over the bridge.
Though police was present on the occasion, it did not intervene to stop the PML-N workers from throwing eggs and tomatoes on the PTI rally.
