LAHORE: Punjab government on Wednesday constituted joint investigation team to probe Chairing Cross suicide attack.
The JIT will start investigation into the attack from today. The JIT will investigate the attack with the help of evidences gathered from the crime scene, geo fencing and video recording of CCTV cameras.
The JIT is comprised ISI, IB, CTD, CIA Police and Investigation Police representatives and it will have access to the Safe City’s CCTV videos and other information.
The team will also take help from the private CCTV camera installed around the site of the incident. The team will also interrogate the suspected person detained on suspicions of links with the attacks.
