LAHORE: The Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif has approved establishment of six biogas plants to boost clean energy in the province
According to detail, Maryam Nawaz Sharif chaired a crucial meeting in Lahore, in which she approved establishment of six bio gas plants to boost clean energy in the province, she said that four biogas plant will be established in Lahore while the other two will in Faisalabad.
in the meeting the Chief Minister also approved a feasibility study for a multi-fuel bio-refinery.
The Chief Minister also directed the authorities to ensure the early completion of Waste-to-Energy project. The biogas plants will provide affordable gas for domestic use, while also producing bio-fertilizer for agricultural purposes.
