LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz’s son Junaid Safdar was reportedly issued a traffic challan by a warden in Johar Town, Lahore for violating traffic rules, according to traffic police sources.
The violation in question was related to the tinted windows on his car, which go against the regulations enforced by Punjab’s traffic police, officials said the challah was issued during a routine check.
“No one is above the law, the challan was issued according to standard procedure, “ a source within the traffic police told reporters.
