ISLAMABAD: Punjab’s young female swimmers delivered one of their finest collective performances at the 24th National Swimming Age-Group Championship, staged at Islamabad’s Sports Complex from 21 to 23 November 2025.
The 29-member squad put up a commanding show across divisions, with the U-12, U-14 and U-16 categories proving to be Punjab’s strongest suits. A flurry of gold medals and multiple national records turned the championship into a memorable outing for the province.

Rania Adnan Khan (U-14) – Set the pool alight by winning gold in the 100m Butterfly and breaking the national record.
