Lahore: Punjab Cabinet has decided to expand the scope of program for provision of solar pumps to farmers throughout the province.
The decision was taken in the meeting chaired by Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi in Lahore on Thursday.
The cabinet approved recruitment of twenty five thousand teachers in School Education Department. The Chief Minister directed to initiate the recruitment process at the earliest.
The cabinet also accorded approval for purchasing of 300 environment friendly hybrid buses to facilitate public in Lahore.

The cabinet also approved provision of free of cost legal aid to common man, which will ensure provision of justice to public. Punjab Public Defender Service Bill 2022 was approved by meeting in this regard.
