Lahore (June 2, 2017): Punjab Law minister Rana Sanaullah termed the Punjab government budget people friendly and said that no new tax has been imposed in the budget 2017-18.
Talking to media outside the Punjab assembly, provincial law minister said that the health and education was the focal areas of the budget and therefore heavy amounts have been allocated for both the sectors.

Replying to a question he said that Chaudhary Pervez Elahi did not even speak logical about issues and was criticizing Metro Bus Service without any evidence just for gaining political mileage.
Answering the question over Nehal Hashmi issue he said that Nehal Hashmi’s statement was only matter of emotionalism and not intentional one but despite of all, PM’s steps over the issue have strengthen the apex court.
“Imran Khan, Sheikh Rasheed and Tahirul Qadri intend to create rift among the institutions,” he lashed out the opposition.
Law minister further said that despite opposition negative propaganda democracy will further strengthen in future.
