Lahore: Punjab government has made a major progress on jail reforms as provincial home ministry has amended 125 old jail laws for protection of the human rights.
In first phase, 138 rules of the prisons have been changed.
Meeting with modern needs and harmony, changing and modernity in jail rules will facilitates captives and their family members.
