Brother of deceased model Qandeel Balooch, Aslam Shaheen, settled in abroad, has been declared proclaimed offender after her brother in the country Arif declared proclaimed offender in the model murder case.
A per the police, Aslam has been several times asked to present in police station but he did not appeared, therefore, Aslam declared as proclaimed offender in the case.
According to the police, Aslam by profession is government servant and lived in Karachi.
On the other hand police has said that the both brothers of the model, Aslam and Arif will be taken into custody as early as possible and legal procedure will be initiated against them.
