Quetta: A blast happened near a police vehicle in Balochistan city of Qila Abdullah in which a policeman embraced martyrdom while four others injured.
According to the police, the blast occurred in a market in Qila Abdullah while the blast was so much intense that the police vehicle completely destroyed.
After getting information, a heavy contingent of police arrived at the scene and cordoned off the area.
District Police Officer (DPO) Chaman Jafar Khan apprised that the injured police personnel have been shifted to the civil hospital Qila Abdullah where they are getting medical treatment.
The bomb disposal squad also called at the crime scene after the incident.
