Quetta Gladiators Set 179 Runs Target For Lahore Qalandars

KARACHI: Quetta Gladiators set 179 runs target for Lahore Qalandars in the fourth match of sixth edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL) at National Cricket Stadium in Karachi on Monday.

The Qalandars were punished for dropping two catches from Gayle, who scored his 68 off 40 deliveries, while, Captain Sarfraz (40) lost his wicket in the 13th over, caught out by Ben Dunk off Rauf s ball.

Lahore Qalandars won the toss and elected to bowl against Quetta Gladiators. The Qalandars made one change to their playing XI, with Haris Rauf entering in place of Salman Mirza.

Lahore Qalandars have had a good start in the league as they have been on the winning end of their debut match in the ongoing Pakistan Super League 2021.

In terms of performance, Quetta Gladiators have been on the losing end of their first match and as a result, they have no points till now. Qalandars on the contrary have managed two points after beating Peshawar Zalmi by four wickets.
