Leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Shah Mahmood Qureshi has announced stringly opposing the 24th Constitutional Amendment saying that the amendement is aimed at prolonging the Panamagate case and to to run away from accountability. The amendment is being done to save a single individual, he added as per the sources.
Sources also informed that it is proposed that PTI should attend the National Assembly session and that only over the said amendment.
Qureshi has reportedly said that the amendment could only be opposed by attending the assembly session.
An important consultation meeting in this regards will be chaired by party chairman Imran Khan at Banigala. Shah Mahmood Qureshi will suggest attendion the National Assembly session to oppose the said amendment.
