Father and son were shot dead by opponents due to longstanding rivalry within the limits of Paka Lara in Rahim Yar Khan, police sources told that investigation has begun after dead bodies and injured people were shifted to the district hospital.
According to police sources, residents of Kotla Dolat, father and son Fida Hussain and Muhammad Asif were going to Liaquatpur to appear in the court so their opponents opened fire on them, father and son were shot dead on the spot while car driver Rafique Ahmed got injured.
According to sources, police personnel have shifted dead bodies and injured people to the district hospital while raids are being carried out to arrest the suspects.
