ISLAMABAD: Accountability Court (AC) of Islamabad has indicted former premier Raja Pervez Ashraf along with other accused in the rental power case.
The hearing on the Rental Power Project was held in the AC Islamabad while the ex-premier representative attended the hearing for his behalf.
The court indicted the ex-premier Raja Pervez Ashraf in the case while he rejected the allegations of crime in this case.
The AC also called witnesses in the Reshman and Gulf Power project references on August 7 adding that the court will record the statement of witnesses on the date later the hearing adjourned until August 7.
It is pertinent to mention here that Raja Pervez Ashraf has been alleged of corruption of Rs 300. 8 million and Rs 400.9 million in the Reshman Power Plant Case and the Gulf Power Plant Case respectively.
