Lahore: Former test cricketer and ace commentator Ramiz Raja has been elected as the Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board for next three years.
Mr Ramiz Raja has been elected unanimously and unopposed as Pakistan Cricket Board’s 36th Chairman for a three-year term in a Special Meeting presided over by PCB Election Commissioner, Mr Justice (retd) Sheikh Azmat Saeed.

Justice (retd) Azmat Saeed, the PCB election commissioner, presided the special meeting of the PCB. Ramiz Raja, Waseem Khan, Asad Ali Khan and other governing board members were in attendance.
Ramiz Raja bornt in Rajput family on August 14, 1962 while recieved his early education in his home. He is the 36th chairman of the PCB. 59-years-old former cricketer has played 57 test and 198 one-day-internationals reresenting Pakistan.
Rameez has third captian becoming Chairman of PCB. Before this, A H Kardar and Javed Barki have become the PCB chairmans.
Rameez Raja has been called “rambo”due to his hairstyle. Former captain has wide experience of being commentator in domestic as well as international cricket.
He also has been called “Raja” means prince of the Pakistani cricket.
How much interesting is that the man said to be prince of Calcutta is head of Board of Cricket Control Of India ( BCCI), one and only, Sourav Ganguly.
