Lahore: An Anti-drug court (A-DC) on Tuesday (today) called Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah on June 25 for indictment in the drug recovery case.
The Lahore (A-DC) court issued an order of the previous hearing today, On June 25, accused will be indicted in the drug recovery case. The Court has summoned Rana Sanaullah.
The court also asked reply from Anti-Narcotic Force (ANF) for opening bank accouts and properties of Rana Sana Ullah on a petition by him.
Counsel of Rana Sanaullah has been directed to present arguments on next hearing to give him exemption for appearing before the court for good.
According to the a written order co-accused have withdrawn their pleas for not getting indictment.
The court rejected the pleas over basis of taking back of pleas. .
