Islamabad: Former chief judge of Gilgit Baltistan Rana Shamim on Tuesday challenged his indictment while he filed his intra court appeal against his indictment in Islamabad High Court (IHC).
Rana Shamim in his intra court appeal adopted point of view that leaving those who published afadavit unpanished and indicted him is illegal.
He insisted that declare order of his indictment null and void and disposed of the case.
The former judge said that there is no any record that he handed his affidavit to someone for publishing.
