Karachi (June 17, 2017): Sindh Rangers on Saturday arrested four alleged terrorists who have planned to carry out suicide attack on Youm-e-Ali (RA) processions in Karachi.
A Rangers spokesman said that the paramilitary force arrested the terrorists in actions in Baldia Town and Orangi Town areas.

He said that the terrorists had planned to attack processions of Youm-e-Ali through suicide bombers.
The spokesman further said that Rangers recovered heavy cache of arms, ammunition and explosives materials from the terrorists.
The arrested terrorists are said to be members of banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ).
The banned sectarian outfit has been active in Karachi and has been involved in incidents of terrorism and target killings. In recent day, police and law enforcement agencies have geared up action against banned outfits, militant groups and terrorists under Operation Rad-ul-Fasaad.
