KARACHI: Alleged gangster killed during Rangers’ encounter in Lyari as law enforcement agencies continued operations against criminals in the metropolis Karachi.
According to the details, Rangers conducted a raid at Jhatpat Market, area of Lyari and gunned down the alleged gangster namely Sagheer Baloch alias Sameer. While his two accomplices managed to flee from the sconce.
While in another raid, law enforcement agencies arrested two gangsters of Baba ladla group in Phool Patti Lane. Sources said that the detained accused namely Nano Baloch and Faizan Langra were brothers and wanted to police in many cases.
On the other hand Preeday Police claimed to have arrested two wounded among four accused after an encounter in Saddar. SP Saddar said that the detained were identified as Bahauddin, Nimatullah, Wali Muhammad and Dilawar. He said the accused were burglars and expert in lock breaking. He said 14 shops had been looted on Muharram 9 in Saddar.
