KARACHI: Sindh Rangers and Police on Wednesday in a joint search operation apprehended a terrorist belonged to Jandullah faction of the Tehreek-e-Taliban from Sher Shah Area of the metropolis.
As per details, Sindh Rangers and police in a joint-operation successfully apprehended a terrorist who is said to be tied with Jandullah faction of TTP. The operation was carried out in Sher Shah area of Karachi.
The said suspect is involved in smuggling weapons to Karachi from Waziristan. He has also confessed to being involved in several robberies.
Rangers also informed the press that the said terrorist is identified as Umar Farooq and expert in making explosives.
