Web Desk: The seventh death anniversary of Mushtaq Ahmad Yusufi, a renowned Pakistani satirist or humourist, is being observed today.
He departed this world at the age of 94.
Some of his most popular works include Chiragh Talay, Khakam-ba-dahan, Zarguzasht, Aab-E-gum and Sham-e-Shair-e-Yaaraan.
Yusufi spent his entire life in the service of Urdu Literature. His work has been translated into many languages.
Moreover, he recieved Sitara-i-Imtiaz Award in 1999 and Hilal-e-Imtiaz in 2002, which are the highest literary honours bestowed by the government of Pakistan.
He would always be remembered for his work among his fans and followers.
He was died on this day back in 2018.
