Islamabad: The application related to the trial of civilians in military courts has been fixed for hearing.

A six-member constitution bench headed by Justice Amin Uddin Khan will hear the petition on December 9.
Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel, Justice Mohammad Ali Mazhar, Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi included in the bench.
Justice Mussarat Hilali and Justice Naeem Akhter will also apart of this bench.
