JEDDAH: King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia and and German Chancellor Angela Merkel called for peaceful political solutions of regional conflicts including that in Syria and Yemen.
Saudi King Salman and German Chancellor Angela Merkel met here and discussed a range of bilateral and regional issues, with particular focus on Syria, Iran and Yemen.
Six major agreements were also signed between the two countries.
German Chancellor Angela Merkelis on an official visit of Saudi Arabia. She will be visiting United Arab Emirates today.
