Karachi: An alarming rise in robberies have reported these days as robbersv have become uncontrolled in Karachi once again.
In the recent incidents, three people were shot dead in a resistance against the snatching in district Korangi and district central while CCTV footages of the two incidents have also surfaced.
Robberies In Korangi and Liaqutabad
Two muggers shot dead a passerby in Korangi’s Ittehad colony while snatching valuables from six people with out any fear while leaving the spot, they also opened fire on a passerby who died on the spot. The deceased identified as Shafi Alam, who received bullets on his neck.
The second robbery incident was reported in Kazimabad area of Model colony in Korangi district in which muggers entered in a bakery with an intention of looting the shop while they shot dead bakery owner Usman on resistance to the robbery.
The CCTV footage of the incident has surfaced as well.
The area police reached the spot and found shells of 9mm.
Meanwhile, robbers were trying to mug a food center near the limits of Super Market police station today while the dacaites opened fire on an owner of the food center Shakil who got injured in the incident
Leaving the spot, robbers also shot dead a puncture shop mechanic Muzamil, who lost his life on the spot.
The incidents of robberies in the limits of Police station Super Market have become routine.
Dacoity In Jamshed Quarter And New Sindh Cooperative Housing Society
Two robbers have fled after looting as many as Rs two lakh on gun point in a robbery incident in a factory situated at Ayub Goth of a new Sindh Cooperative Housing Society.
On the other hand, street criminals have stolen sixty thousands rupees from a Karachiite Hasim on Jamali road of Sohrab Goth.
In an another robbery, two muggers snatched CG-125 motorbike from a person in Parda Park of Jamshaid Quarter number 3 while the criminals also shots fire in the air over resistance in the robbery.
Highly Educated Persons Shot Dead In Resistance To Robbery
It is also pertinent to mention here that two days ago robbers had shot dead a person having double PHD earned from England in resistance to robbery in front of his wife and children in Gulistan-e-Jauhar block 14.
