Karachi (May 16, 2018): Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee will meet in Karachi today for sighting the moon of Ramadan.
Mufti Munib-ur-Rehman would chair the meeting of the Committee.
Provincial and District Ruet-e-Hilal Committees would also meet in their respective areas.
Information and evidence from across the country would be consolidated by the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee for the final announcement about sighting or otherwise of the moon.
According to Met office, the moon age on May 16 would be approximately 26 hours and will be seen in most parts of the country.
Experts also predicted that the chances of Ramazan moon sighting very strong on May 16, today.
