Russia has announced that Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov would hold a telephone conversation with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken over Ukraine issue on Tuesday.
Talking to media in Moscow, foreign ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said a face-to-face meeting is not planned while efforts are being made to reduce the tension in region.
