SA All Out At 201 Runs in 1st Innings of Pindi Test

RAWALPINDI: South Africa were bowled out for 201 runs in the second and final Test match against Pakistan at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on Saturday. The Green Caps lead the Proteas by 71 runs as they scored 272 in their first innings.

South Africa skipper Quinton de Kock and Temba Bavuma resumed the third day on 24 and 15 respectively but the captain could add only five runs to his overnight score and was bowled by Shaheen Afridi on 29.

Wiaan Mulder scored quick 33 before he was run out by Shaheen/ Mohammad Rizwan. Hasan Ali bowled George Linde for a run-a-ball 21, Keshav Maharaj (1) and Anrich Nortje (0), taking his wickets tally to five in the innings. Kagiso Rabada (0) was run out by Abid Ali.

On Friday, Hasan Ali picked up two wickets of Dean Elgar (15) and Rassie van der Dussen (0) on consecutive balls. Faheem Ashraf trapped Faf du Plessis lbw on 17 while Nauman Ali got the final wicket of the day and sent Aiden Markram (32) back to the pavilion.
