Karachi: Provincial Minister Saeed Ghani showing his helplessness said that the problem of electricity is beyond our control.
Holding a presser in Karachi today, the Minister Saeed Ghani said that the K-electric has established a system of collective punnishment with brazenly.
If a few people were not paid the bills then all the area people electricity are shut down, he said.
The Minister demanded uninterrupted supply of electricity for those who have paid the bills.
