London: Pakistani star batter Saim Ayub has completed his second check-up in London.
Whereas outstanding batsman shared his first message following a medical check-up. He apprised, “Doctors have informed me that my ankle is improving, and I can now bear weight on my leg.”
He added that his test reports would be sent to the medical panel for further assessment.
Saim had an appointment today with specialist Dr. David Redfern and was also examined at a central London clinic on Thursday.
Assistant coach Azhar Mahmood also expressed relief over Saime’s condition, saying, “Thank God, the situation has improved significantly. Whether surgery will be required or not will be determined by the medical panel.”
It is worth noting that Saime Ayub sustained the injury during the Cape Town Test against South Africa and was sent to London for treatment on the instructions of the PCB Chairman.
