RAWALPINDI: Saudi State Minister for Foreign Affairs Adel al-Jubeir has called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) matters of mutual interests, Pakistan-India tension, regional security and other issues came under discussion in the meeting.
In the wake of Pakistan-India tension, the Saudi minister for foreign affairs categorically announced that Riyadh would continue its support to Pakistan at every forum.
Talking to COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Adel al-Jubeir lauded the role of Pakistan for regional peace and stability.
On the occasion, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa appreciated the role of Adel al-Jubeir for promoting peace and added that Saudi Arabia always stayed true to its friendship with Pakistan.
